What We Do

Our purpose is simple: to help each person deeply connect to, feel comfortable in, and gain empowerment in their body, no matter their condition.

We believe in the innate healing potential of our body and mind, which, when they become in sync, have a powerful effect on the way we interact with the world around us. Through meditative physical therapy, dietary coaching based in traditional medicine, and individualized lifestyle guidance, we guide patients toward feeling their best. How We Facilitate Your Path to Well-being

We understand that body composition is not the primary indicator of health. However, we know that feeling chronically disconnected from, or in miscommunication with, our body takes a toll on our physical and mental well-being. And, that these internal conditions frequently manifest in becoming overweight, underweight, or fluctuations between the two.

Our goal is for each client is to enjoy the experience of reconnecting with their body. We use non-strenuous, powerful ancient motion techniques, a relaxed approach to using food as medicine, and timely, personal support to facilitate the conditions for the best possible outcome for self-healing.

Online Programs

Group classes offered online on a regular schedule.

Classes for daily health and wellness in a group setting, for all levels. This is a great opportunity to get introduced to our foundational motions and meet us, as well as for those who would like to practice in a group setting.

One-on-one sessions with guidance provided according to individual conditions. Each private session lasts approximately 1 hour and is tailored to meet specific needs/conditions. 1.25 hour group practice classes are included to support the tailored guidance and body understanding, within a group learning environment.

As ours is a holistic approach, we welcome conditions not focused solely on weight loss or gain. Feel free to get in touch with us to learn how our programs can best support your health and well-being.

Embodied Reconnection

We meet each individual condition as it appears, in the present moment. This means, we tailor our programs to consider the symptoms that rise forth from chronic disconnection. In conjunction with facilitating body composition goals, we work with problems such as joint injury, body pains, fatigue, digestive disorders, high & low blood pressure, weak immunity, hormonal imbalance, and anxiety & emotional instability.

Powerful Motion

Non-strenuous exercise, postural adjustment, and meditative physical therapy to reinvigorate your metabolism, build body confidence, and alleviate daily physical discomfort/pains.

Nutritional Coaching

Time-tested dietary guidance from traditional wisdom adapted, to your local and seasonally available foods.

Individualized Support

Mutual accountability through regular check-ins to measure your progress, keep you focused, and boost motivation, when you need it.
